An announcement has been made by the Khyber Medical University, Peshawar regarding the Annual Examination Results 2012 of Final Profession Session MBBS. The total number of students appearing in the exams was 908 out of which successful students remained 759 which make a passing percentage of 84%. Saeed Ali who is the student of Khyber Medical College Peshawar got the first position after securing 1722 marks, whereas Ambreen Subhan and Zia uddin of the same institution got 2nd and 3rd positions after securing 1677 and 1620 marks.
The number of successful of students Khyber Medical College remained 236 out of 248 students got hence passing percentage was 95%, 167 out of total 196 students got successful in Ayub Medical College, Abbottabad making a passing percentage of 85% and out of total 51 students were 45 students were declared successful hence making a passing percentage of 88 percent according to the Examination Department of Khyber Medical College. With 45 students passing out of 47 students the passing percentage of Khyber Girls Medical College remained 96%. With 38 succeeding out of 44 students the passing percentage remained 86%.
The result of KM Institute of Medical Sciences Kohat remained as follows, 54 out of 56 students got successful which makes a passing percentage of 96%, students who got successful in Bannu Medical College were 89 out of total 94 students and the result percentage remained 95%. Out of total 97 candidates 69 students got successful hence making a passing percentage remained 71 % in the Women Medical College Abbottabad and only 16 students of Abbottabad International Medical College remained successful out of 71 students hence making passing percentage of 21 percent.
